About Us

When you work with one of us, you get the combined knowledge of a well-rounded team—bringing deep working knowledge of northern New Mexican residential, commercial, land and ranch property transactions. We're also able to put you in contact with consultants in the new construction, restoration, energy-efficiency and healthy home consulting areas.

As an independent business—with decades of experience in Santa Fe and surrounding areas—we're able to provide much more time and personalized attention than you'll find with large agencies. We begin by listening and gaining an understanding of what you're looking for—the many nuances that will make your real estate investment ideal for you.

The majority of our clients are buyers who have a specific vision in mind. Our focus is to help you realize that dream. One of the best ways we can achieve this is to spend worthwhile time educating you about Santa Fe real estate before ever showing you the first property.

We'll show you around Santa Fe's many neighborhoods and share our knowledge of the unique quirks of the "City Different", property values, which areas have held or increased in value, etc. Most important, we'll listen for what really works for you and what you want to spend. This lets us match you to the property that best suits your desires and maximizes your investment.

The Clark real estate team is composed of consummate realtors and genuinely nice human beings. They're low-key and comfortable to work with. They have integrity. They're knowledgeable and thorough. They listen, they're patient, and they go the extra mile, even after a sale is complete. They work hard, and they do what they say they'll do. They're a credit to both their profession and the Santa Fe community.
